Clearcut Lager

Traditional German Pilsner style Lager. Light and refreshing, the delicate malt flavour is balanced with subtle European hop flavour and aroma. ABV 5%, IBU 22

Old Westie Amber Lager

Soft and elegant, with a rich copper hue, this is a beautiful interpretation of a traditional Vienna style amber Lager. The toasted malt complexity is balanced with a light hop overtone. ABV 5% IBU 22.

Cloud 9 Witbier

Our interpretation of a classic Belgian Style Wit Ale. Soft and refreshing, this ale is brewed with malted wheat, Pilsner malt and oat, then spiced with sweet orange and coriander. ABV 4.5% IBU 17

Sun Kissed IPA

A twist on the traditional style of our India Pale Ale, this IPA asserts substantial juicy notes of grapefruit and citrus, brewed with flakes oats and no filtration to leave a textured layer to the beer. ABV 6.5% IBU 65

Fast Lane IPA

Hops – and more hops. Brewed with Pilsner malt to let the hops play the lead role. This light bodied IPA is deceptively easy to drink. Aromas and flavours of fresh citrus and tropical fruit dominate. ABV 6.5% IBU 65

Pidherny Pale Ale

Classic Northwest Pale Ale – possibly the beer that started the craft beer revolution. This smooth easy drinking Pale Ale balances its crisp clean malt profile with classic citrus hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. ABV 5.5% IBU 36

Cutbanks Kolsch

This delicate but balanced brew is our interpretation on a traditional style that originated in Cologne, Germany. A lager-like brew that pours light gold, brewed with Blanc hops rown in the German Hallertau region. A simple, easy drinking brew with subtle hop character of white grape and gooseberry. ABV 4.6% IBU 24

Back in the Saddle Cerveza

A Mexican-style Lager, brewed with flaked corn for sweetness and pureed lime for subtle tartness, a light and refreshing twist to any lager line-up. ABV 5.3% IBU 36

Gnarly Bush Raspberry Wheat Ale

A wheat ale combined with the tart flavour of raspberries to produce a cloudy haze with a rose hue. Crisp and slightly sour, this beer is the perfect summer thirst quencher. ABV 5.6% IBU 20

Dark Vader Black Lager

Dark malt notes, predominantly roasted coffee and chocolate sever at high carbonation to impact a clean and crisp finish. ABV 4.9% IBU 21

George St. Brown Ale

Dark in colour, yet mild and easy drinking. English Brown Ales were favourites of Northern coal miners-their preferred beverage after a long day's work. Flavours of caramel malt, biscuit and chocolate. ABV 5% IBU 21

We’re on tap or in tall cans at select restaurants and pubs, and our tall cans can be purchased at BC government and private liquor stores throughout Prince George. In our brewery retail shop, we have our tall cans and refillable Meowlers and Growlers available. Or come enjoy our beer by the glass in our unique tap room and patio.

Are you looking craft beer for your event? We’ve got your wedding, family barbeque, and office/team party covered. Please contact us as early as possible – minimum 1 week – to place your order as the selection is dependent on inventory and production. For serving estimates, a 19.5 keg is approximately 53-55 (12oz / 355ml) servings, and a 50L keg is approximately 138-140 (12oz / 355ml) servings.

Ordered kegs are ready for pickup from our bar Monday-Friday after 11:30am, Saturday-Sunday after 10am.

Please see our CrossRoads bar to pickup.

Deposits – We require security deposits on each keg and pump to ensure it arrives back to us in good working order. *Please return all rented kegs and equipment to CrossRoads within 5 days of your event. If the kegs or pumps not returned with 5 days, we will assume that you have decided to purchase the equipment.

Please note, you may need a Special Event Permit (SEP) to serve or sell beer at your event. Please consult the SEP website http://specialevents.bcldb.com
