Clearcut Lager
Traditional German Pilsner style Lager. Light and
refreshing, the delicate malt flavour is balanced with
subtle European hop flavour and aroma.
ABV 5% IBU 22Old Westie Amber Lager
Soft and elegant, with a rich copper hue, this is a
beautiful interpretation of a traditional Vienna style
amber Lager. The toasted malt complexity is balanced
with a light hop overtone.
ABV 5% IBU 22Cloud 9 Witbier
Our interpretation of a classic Belgian Style Wit Ale.
Soft and refreshing, this ale is brewed with malted
wheat, Pilsner malt and oat, then spiced with sweet
orange and coriander.
ABV 4.5% IBU 17Sun Kissed IPA
A twist on the traditional style of our India Pale Ale,
this IPA asserts substantial juicy notes of grapefruit
and citrus, brewed with flakes oats and no filtration to
leave a textured layer to the beer.
ABV 6.1% IBU 50Fast Lane IPA
Hops – and more hops. Brewed with Pilsner malt to
let the hops play the lead role. This light bodied IPA is
deceptively easy to drink. Aromas and flavours of
fresh citrus and tropical fruit dominate.
ABV 6.5% IBU 65Pidherny Pale Ale
Classic Northwest Pale Ale – possibly the beer that
started the craft beer revolution. This smooth easy
drinking Pale Ale balances its crisp clean malt profile
with classic citrus hops grown in the Pacific
Northwest.
ABV 5.5% IBU 36Cinder's Red Rye
Pours an Auburn red – The malty rich backbone is
accentuated by juicy hop aroma and flavour, followed
with a spicy crisp finish that only rye can provide
ABV 6% IBU 32George St Brown Ale
Dark in colour, yet mild and easy drinking. English
Brown Ales were favourites of Northern coal miners-their
preferred beverage after a long day's work.
Flavours of caramel malt, biscuit and chocolate.
ABV 5% IBU 21Iron Bridge Oatmeal Stout
Traditional English-style stout with a small amount of oats added to the mash for extra body. Key flavours of coffee, chocolate and roasted malt dominate.A very sessionable beer - don't be afraid of the dark!

808 Bass Drop Double IPA
Special release for the CrossRoads 8th Anniversary! This full-bodied and rounded malt profile boasts hop notes of mixed berries and citrus. ABV 8.5%T & K Lager
This pale lager is brewed in the traditional ‘Helles’ style - meaning bright, light and pale. Lower alcohol content and minimal hop profile or bitterness, this lager was brewed with easy drinking sessionability in mind. ABV 4.5% IBU 16Back in the Saddle Cerveza
A Mexican-style Lager, brewed with flaked corn for sweetness and pureed lime for subtle tartness, a light and refreshing twist to any lager line-up.
ABV 5.3% IBU 36Gnarly Bush Raspberry Wheat Ale
A wheat ale combined with the tart flavour of raspberries to produce a cloudy haze with a rose hue. Crisp and slightly sour, this beer is the perfect summer thirst quencher.
ABV 5.6% IBU 20Rebel Rua Irish Red Ale
Our take on the traditional Irish Red Ale. Brewed with roasted and caramel malts for a rich auburn colour, and traditional UK Fuggle hops for subtle notes of Earth and light wood. ABV 4.6% IBU 30Dark Vader Black Lager
